Gita Meldere
Gita’s natural curiosity about people brought her to Lumina Learning and since 2013 she has been a partner of Lumina Learning in Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia).
Supporting people — especially those in leadership or navigating meaningful transitions — to reconnect with themselves in a way that strengthens clarity, resilience, and impactful presence is at the heart of my work.
Through data-driven insight, trauma-informed presence, and systemic awareness, I help individuals align with their truth and lead their lives with greater authenticity and inner steadiness.
This work is rooted in a lived understanding of what it means to seek deeper connection — with oneself, one’s path, and others. My own journey has led me through the questions I now hold space for in others, allowing me to meet people not only professionally, but humanly.
Presence, here, is not only calm and steady, but also honest, instinctive, and alive. Whether someone is leading others, navigating change, or simply seeking more freedom in daily life, I offer a space for truth and reconnection.
The foundation of my work combines coaching, systemic insight, trauma sensitivity, and psychometric clarity.
My credentials include a Master’s degree in Education Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Economics, alongside certifications as an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner (Dr. Gabor Maté), and training in Internal Family Systems (Level 1) and Systemic Constellations — both at the individual and organizational level. I am currently beginning postgraduate studies in Trauma Studies (MA) at University College Cork.
As the regional partner of Lumina Learning in the Baltics, I integrate psychometric tools such as Lumina Spark and Lumina Emotion into my practice, and guide other professionals in doing the same.
These tools open up rich, data-informed entry points for dialogue, exploration, and deeper self-awareness — often becoming catalysts for meaningful change in people’s work and lives.
Though the work often flows through organizations, it always centers on the person — the human being within the role, the system, or the story.
At the core lies a simple yet powerful aim:
To create spaces where people feel seen, understood, and able to reconnect with themselves — truthfully and with dignity.
